Passport features unlimited calling to landlines in the countries (or cities) listed below. Calls to cellular phones within a country (or within a city) are included only where specified.

Get low rates to other countries

If you call countries or cities that are not included in the Passport Unlimited Calling Plan, you can still get low per-minute rates. The cost of any Out-of-Unlimited Plan calls will be added to your monthly bill. To view rates for other locations, please use our Rate Finder.

Are there additional fees with Passport?

When you sign up for Passport, you'll receive a free telephone adapter. There is no activation fee. There is a $14.95 shipping and handling fee.

Additionally, there are two monthly fees: a $1 enhanced service fee and a federal USF surcharge. Below are sample costs:

If you make calls to countries or cities that are not included in the Unlimited Calling Plan (see list of countries and cities above) or have virtual phone numbers, your monthly cost will be higher. See our Pricing & Rates FAQs for more information.
